Ok, I admit it. I'm becoming a vegetarian. Coming out of the [vegetable] closet has been a pretty interesting experience so far. For some reason I was not expecting so many people to ask why I had made such a personal choice. But to put it plainly, I think that (in general) we eat too much meat. I know that there are many times that I eat meat just because it tastes good, or its easier to find/ prepare than vegetarian meals. That alone is not adequete justification for eating meat, or for making any choice. So for now, I'm a vegetarian. I can't wait to focus my diet on healthy vegetables, fruits, and grains. Chris has made the switch too, he has his own reasons, and you can ask him yourself! And of course, I promise not to judge anyone who chooses to eat meat. Like I said its a very personal choice!
