New Years Resolutions: Food

   

Dinner tonight- Lentils with Greek Yogurt, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Brussel Sprouts

Food goals for 2013
No meat (still)
Less wheat, and whole grain whenever possible
Less dairy - this one's for Chris, who is lactose intolerant but loves cheese pizza and ice cream
Cook at home more
No fast food (that means you, Cookout onion rings.....)
Healthier, more interesting lunches - break out of our rut of PB&J and processed snacks
More fresh veggies!
